2.Printing

INSTRUCTION FOR CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

1. A. The printing contents and colors can be customized;
2. B. Tengen owns two 8-color and one 4-color digital automatic gravure printing machine that Pantone color printing and CMYK printing are available;
3. C. We need your help to offer the pantone colors or the sample to confirm the color before printing.

4.Tolling fee

The tooling fee is charged for the film or paper printing, which depends on the sizes and the printing contents of the envelope.

5.About sample

1)Samples from stock can be offered for free and the freight will be charged from your side.

2)Custom-made samples cost $100 per design, which can be refunded if the order quantity add up to 200K pcs.

3)Sample lead time:7days after the details confirmed and sample fee received.

6.Operation procedure

1) Information offered by customer---Customer offers the details of the products. Such as the size,material,thickness,printing,packaging,trad term and other requests.

2) Evaluation and quotation --- We will evaluate the requests. If we can make the products, price will be quoted.

3) Customer Approval-- Customer confirm the design and color

4) Deposit---40% of the total value is paid as deposit.

5) Mass Produce--We will update the news to you during the mass producing

6) Inspection--Customers come or send a third party to do the product inspection.

7) Balance---Balance repaid before  shipment

9) After sales service

10) Payment terms--- T/T, Paypal, Western Union, L/C, etc.

2)What’s the main products ?

Poly mailer, bubble bags, cardboard envelope, packing list envelope, packing tape, label sticker, security seal, removable self stick notes, and many other related products.

3)Stock or customized?

We got some commonly using standard products in stock. But most of our clients are customized.

4)What’s the MOQ?

The MOQ of the bubble envelope is 20k per design.

5)What kind of information is needed for pricing?

---Size:L*W +lips.

---Material: gsm, thickness and etc.

---Quantity.

---Printing: how many colors? Designs? Coverage?

If possible, some pictures will highly appreciated and help a lot.

6)What’s the lead time?

Usually, the lead time would be 15-20days after confirm the deposit payment. But it depends on the quantity, peak season and etc.

7)What’s the payment term?

40% deposit against P.O., 60% before shipment. T/T, paypal and other payment terms are available.
